After a successful payment, confirmation may be displayed on the website and, where the relevant workflow supports it, sent by email. Confirmation remains subject to successful verification by the payment gateway.
3. Service Processing
A paid request may move through payment verification, Sankalpa or beneficiary-detail processing, scheduling, devotional preparation and performance or fulfilment. The exact stages depend on the selected service.
4. Delivery or Performance Timing
Delivery and performance timing varies depending on the selected devotional service and any date, duration or schedule displayed at the time of booking. Prayer-time purchases are credited after verified payment. Subscriptions and observances follow their displayed period. Ganapati Mahotsav and other special offerings follow the applicable festival, prayer-day or event schedule shown when the request is made.
5. Scheduled and Special Poojas
For a date- or time-specific observance, the displayed scheduled date or time governs fulfilment. Timing may also depend on the configured sacred event and the user’s selected devotional period.
6. Your Responsibilities
Please provide accurate account, beneficiary, Sankalpa and other required details before processing. If you discover an error, contact us promptly because a change may not be possible after preparation or performance begins.
7. Technical or Confirmation Delays
If the website or an email is delayed after payment, verify the order status through your account or contact support before creating another payment. Ombhaktidarshan may verify the gateway record and restore, activate, reschedule or otherwise resolve the service as appropriate.
8. Service Completion
Completion is determined by the selected service: for example, credited prayer time becomes available for use, a submitted recording enters the devotional workflow, a subscription reaches its scheduled end, or a special observance is fulfilled on its configured date. Photos, videos, certificates or Prasad are not included unless a particular offering expressly states that they are provided.
